- When you buy: your name, email address, and order details. Purchases are processed by our checkout provider, Payhip, and payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
- When you visit our website: basic technical information such as your browser, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To deliver your download and send your receipt.
- To answer your questions and handle refund requests.
- To send you product updates or offers by email, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). Children’s privacy
Our products are designed for children, but our website and checkout are for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
