These terms apply when you use beebrightkids.com or buy and use BeeBright Kids products. By making a purchase, you agree to them.
Digital products
All BeeBright Kids products are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, you’ll get access to your files right away, and a copy of the download links is emailed to you.
What you may do with your files
- Print as many copies as you need for your own family.
- Use them in one classroom, daycare room, or homeschool group that you personally teach.
What you may not do
- Share, email, upload, or post the files for others to download.
- Sell, resell, or give away the files or printed copies, in whole or in part.
- Edit the pages and claim them as your own, or use them to make products for sale.
All designs, text, and illustrations belong to BeeBright Kids. Buying a product gives you a license to use it as described above, not ownership of the content.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider, Payhip, using Stripe or PayPal. We may change prices or run promotions at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
Safety
Our activities are meant to be used with an adult. Some activities include small cut-out pieces that may be a choking hazard for children under 3. Laminated edges can be sharp, so round the corners and supervise your child during play.
Educational content
Our printables support early learning through play. They are not a substitute for professional advice about a child’s development, health, or education. Every child learns at their own pace.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to make our products accurate and useful, but they are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, BeeBright Kids is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
